3. Subscriptions & Accounts
- Login credentials issued to you are personal and intended for use within your household, limited to the number of simultaneous connections included in your plan.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential. Flash Stream is not liable for issues arising from shared or leaked credentials.
- Sharing, reselling, or redistributing your subscription outside its intended use may result in suspension without refund.
4. Payment & Renewals
All plans must be paid in full before activation. Prices are listed on our Pricing Plan page and may change at any time; changes will not affect a plan already purchased for its current term. Subscriptions do not renew automatically unless explicitly agreed with our team — we will contact you ahead of expiry with renewal options.
5. Refund Policy
Because subscription access is delivered digitally and instantly upon activation, all sales are final and non-refundable once login credentials have been issued, except where required by law or where the issue is caused by a verified fault on our end.
If you experience a technical problem, contact our support team first — most issues are resolved quickly through troubleshooting or credential replacement.
